How We Ship
At Japan Toy Center, all orders are carefully packed and shipped directly from Japan.

Most in-stock items are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after your payment has been confirmed. However, processing times may vary depending on the item, such as pre-order products, limited editions, or rare collectibles.

Please note that shipping may also be delayed during Japanese national holidays, peak shopping seasons, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We take great care in packaging every order to ensure your collectibles arrive safely, and we will provide a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

At Japan Toy Center, we carefully ship all orders directly from Japan using trusted international carriers.

We currently offer shipping through:

  • EMS (Express Mail Service)

  • ePacket (available for selected destinations)

• Yamato Transport (International TA-Q-BIN)

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout based on your destination and the size of your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your package every step of the way.

Customs Policy (International Orders)

Orders shipped outside Japan may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, customs clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the customs authorities or shipping carriers in your destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Customs regulations, import restrictions, and tax thresholds vary by country and are subject to change. Unfortunately, Japan Toy Center cannot estimate or collect these fees in advance.

We recommend checking with your local customs office or the appropriate government authority before placing your order to understand any applicable import duties, taxes, or restrictions.

Please note:

• Import duties, taxes, VAT, and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility.

• Customs clearance procedures may cause delivery delays that are beyond our control.

• We are unable to declare a lower value or mark shipments as "gifts", as this violates international customs regulations.

• All customs declarations will accurately reflect the contents and value of your purchase.
